Requirements:
• Minimum S-1 Engineer with minimum 5 years
experiences experiences in of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience for predictive maintenance
• Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance analysis and maintenance program development by using common and standard methodology such as: RCA, FMEA, RCM
• Experience with asset management system (SAP-PM), Predictive Maintenance System, Data Processing and Predictive Maintenance Concept
• Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and present technical information using practical judgment
• Strong knowledge of asset management business process and maintenance

PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER (CODE: JKT - PCE)
Responsibilities:
a. To accomplish the primary goal of project planning and maintaining cost control on a
project.
b. To develop and maintain a detailed cost control system and regularly perform analytical
reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status and
forecast updates.
c. Establishes a schedule for the project and monitors its progress and routinely analyze,
evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule, assessing
the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule.
d. To coordinate all work on the project, ensuring that objectives are met within budget and
schedule, if necessary to conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential
and critical issues and give recommend recovery plans, and update the schedule and
budget accordingly.
Requirements:
Mandatory: experience using Primavera.
• Experience in Critical Path methodology and delay analysis.
• Experience in earned value analysis.
Having experience minimal 5 years in similar industry.
• Strong team development skills, a team player.
• Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written.
Able to manage several projects at once and determine priorities.

Responsibilities:
a. Manage all technical documentation flow of the engineering to ensure documents
control within MDKA standards and common engineering practices.
b. Ensures that all engineering documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to
the documents submission due date.
c. Receives and issues documents under transmittal, externally and internally according todocument distribution matrix.
d. Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to
the appropriate staff and contractors as applicable.
e. Develops and maintains the projects department document control register.
f. Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the document
archive and the file server with easy traceability.
g. Ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that
documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
h. Ensures document tracking and production system is maintained.
i. Distributes copies of documents to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
Mandatory: experience using Document Control System.
Familiar with basic methods of archiving and documents administration.
Proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS Excel software.
Having experience minimal 5 years as Document Controller.
