TAX OFFICER - PT ADARO ENERGY

 

Job responsibilities

 

Ensure and prepare Company tax calculation, tax reporting, and withholding tax in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.   

1. Collect document and process’ vendor tax documentation to ensure the accuracy of withholding tax rate of every invoices to ensure tax compliance with the prevailing tax and regulations
2. Prepares regular monthly and annual tax returns and ensure its accuracy
3. Prepares the regular tax payments and ensure its accuracy
4. Prepares relevant paperwork for tax payments and returns, including preparation of WHT slips and VAT slips
5. Regular update on tax regulations and to ensure the company implements these regulations in all of its transactional documentations

Job requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum  2 - 3 years experience in Tax Consultant
• Preferably has Tax Brevet A & B Certificate
• Required Competencies: Accounting Control, Account Payable Management, Tax Regulation, Financial Analysis
• Good communication skils
• Good command in English both oral and written
